International Primary School
The presentation of the Flag of Compassion to President Song during the celebration ceremony of the 10th anniversary of the International Criminal Court in the Hague has inspired the school and the pupils of the Haagsche Schoolvereniging to create a display.
In January 2013 this display of the Flag of Compassion is installed in the staircase of the International Primary School at the Nassaulaan in The Hague. This display is based on the text these 6 pupils have written and performed during the presentation:
Everybody should be able to understand Compassion.
We believe it is kindness, helping others, empathy, fairness, respect.
At the same time, the Flag of Compassion is shown in the lobby of the ICC.
